( AND SIXTEEN OF THE TOP TWENTY! )

PLYMOUTH, JUNE 2011
Congratulations to Chris and Mark Hogan on their fine performance in 'RicO'Shea' . In a truly testing series the Abersoch-based father and son mastered a tough fleet to take the 2011 UK title in real style with a fine win on the final day.

Runners-up were Mike and James Budd in 'Harry II' with SCYC clubmates Alan Johnson and Dave Garlick close behind in 'Nimbus'

Ten of the top thirteen Squibs were using Batt sails exclusively throughout the 2010 event

Dave Best and Steve Allso ( Crossfire) finished strongly to grab fourth slot , 'Pani-Munta' ( Mike Probert and James Bryce) were seventh, Malcomb Blackburn was eighth in 'Moonstone' and the top ten rounded off for Batt Sails with Gerard Dyson and Tony Saltonstall in 'Alchemy

The 2011 Batt Sails race-winners enclosure boasts RicO'Shea, Alchemy, Moonstone and Crossfire.

Our thanks also to many other Squib sailors for helping continue our proud record of success in this remarkable class....

'Batt' sails have won 13 of the last 14 UK National Squib Championships.
